Responsabil Regional Expansiune

Our client is an international retail company with operations across 15 European countries. To support its expansion plans in Romania, we are looking for a professional who will play a key role in identifying and securing new store locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and assess suitable locations for new store openings across Romania.

• Conduct market research and analyze potential expansion opportunities.

• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, developers, brokers, and other real estate partners.

• Obtain and review property-related documentation.

• Negotiate commercial terms, lease agreements, and contractual conditions.

• Prepare and coordinate lease contracts throughout the approval process.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support the opening of new locations.

• Support the process of obtaining permits, approvals, and authorizations required for store operations.

• Maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders within the Romanian real estate market.

• Monitor market developments, competitor activity, and emerging real estate opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the Romanian real estate market.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Very good command of English; German is considered an advantage.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Valid Category B driving license.

• Willingness to travel within Romania.
